Coronavirus Information

The coronavirus currently affecting countries across the world—predominantly China—and their economies is a dangerous new strain; called "2019-nCov". There's been over 42,000 cases in the country of China, while the rest of the world have seen less than 1,000 cases of this dangerous common cold. Despite the influenza ignoring children, they can still contract it but adults are the main group catching this respiratory system damaging virus.

Staying updated on the volatility of the coronavirus is important, especially when it comes to how businesses are affected. Oupiin Enterprise wants to assure everyone we are doing our best to fulfill all of your demands while still being conscious of our health. We don't want one person to contract this disease because it can affect the whole company, thus, elongating the time you receive your order.

Taiwan Facility

Everyone is safe and healthy! We were back to work on January, 30th, 2020, and at 100 percent to ensure all requests are met and emails are answered.

Oupiin Products

While we are proud of being a Taiwanese company and have 32 percent of our products made from facilities in this wonderful country. Up to 68 percent of raw materials/finished goods are supported by our Kunshan facility.

Kunshan Facility

Our Kunshan facility is eager to get back to work and we'll most likely return to normal operations February, 15th, 2020. Thankfully, at least 16 percent of local workers have returned. However, other workers may need to wait up to 2 weeks; because of the mandated 14 days in quarantine. All existing and new orders have been pushed out by 2 - 3 weeks.

Supply Chain

You may be wondering how our supply chain has been affected and the condition of the product you ordered. Thankfully, we are prepared for any challenge thrown at us.

Raw Plastic Material: No problems since we are stocked for the season.

Copper: No problems since we are stocked for the season.

Housing: No problems as we are our own plastic molding factory.

Terminal: No problems as we own our own stamping factory.

Transportation

Unfortunately, like most companies where the coronavirus is located, our product lead time has been extended for a short period. However, we could arrange priority express back to Taiwan instead of Sea freight to improve the lead time, We do want to do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
